We are a small team of empowered professionals, specializing in developing company procedures and customizing ISO 9000 quality manuals for small and medium sized businesses, in and around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

The office is located in Brampton, Ontario, where most of the customization of documents will take place. However, our review will require us to visit a client's facility from time to time to verify, or obtain explanations of company procedures.
The Program Manager, Colin Brathwaite, has extensive experience in the review, development and approval of company procedures, as well as, quality management system manuals. He also has several years experience conducting audits, recommending corrective actions and verifying the effectiveness of implemented actions.
Colin holds Certificates or other records of training in the following areas:
· Certificate for "QMI 36-hour QMS Lead Auditor Training Course", which covers the assessment and evaluation of Quality Management Systems to conform to the requirements of ISO 9000 and ISO 10011,
· Certificate for ISO 9001: 2000 Internal Auditor course,
· Certificate for Establishing and Implementing an Integrated Quality, Environmental & Safety Management System,
· Certificate for SAE AS9100 Revision B Lead Auditor Course,

· Technical Project Management.
In addition, we are supported by qualified associates who have received ISO 9000 training, and have acquired other relevant experience and training in various industry sectors.
