We are a small team of empowered professionals, specializing in developing customized documentation and implementing Quality Management Systems for small and medium sized businesses, in and around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

We are committed to providing service excellence in meeting our clients’ expectations. In this regard, our internal company processes are ISO 9001: 2015 compliant, to ensure that we meet or exceed the needs of all our customers. We are also committed to continually improve these processes.

The office is located in Brampton, Ontario, where most of the customization of documents will take place. However, our review will require us to visit a client's facility from time to time to verify, or obtain explanations of company procedures or systems.

The Program Manager, Colin Brathwaite, has extensive experience in the review, development and approval of company procedures, as well as, quality management system documentation. He also has several years experience conducting audits, recommending corrective actions and verifying the effectiveness of implemented actions.

Colin is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence and was RABQSA AS9100 Aerospace Auditor certified to Revision B. He holds Certificates or other records of training in the following areas:

• Certificate for ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor course (TPECS),
• Certificate for SAE AS9100 Revision C Lead Auditor Course,
• Lean Yellow Belt Certification Course
• Certificate for Establishing and Implementing an Integrated Quality, Environmental & Safety Management System,
• Service Quality Training,
• Evaluation of Management Systems,
• Fundamentals of Management,
• Instructional Techniques,
• Risk Management,
• Project Management Fundamentals,
• Technical Project Management.

In addition, we are supported by qualified associates who have received ISO 9001 training, and have acquired other relevant experience and training in various industry sectors.

We are offering a flexible, affordable and professional service to help companies document their work processes and achieve ISO 9001 certification. We specialize in companies that have not taken the time to document their work processes as well as those that would otherwise not consider ISO 9001 certification as a means of improving business practices and their competitiveness.
